Paediatric ENT & Children’s Surgery

Ear, nose and throat care for children, including assessment and surgery for tonsils, adenoids and middle-ear conditions.

About this service

ENT Clinic reviews and treats children and adults. Optimal ear, nose and throat health is important for people of all ages, and many factors can influence a child’s ENT health, including seasonal allergies, infections, genetics and illness.

Tonsillectomy — surgery to remove the tonsils — is a common surgical procedure performed by an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist. Conditions affecting the adenoids and middle ear are also frequently seen in children, including glue ear and recurrent ear infections, which may be managed with grommets where clinically appropriate.

Some conditions require medical management from a team of health professionals. The team at ENT Clinic can support you through the medical management of your child’s ENT concerns.
